The cold storage can store all types of Fruits, Vegetables, Spices, Grains, Seeds, Pulses, Milk products, Medicines etc.

Plant and Machinery

  • The company has put up both Ammonia & Freon based Refrigeration systems to take care of variety of storage requirements. Stocks requiring different temperatures, air flow & humidity conditions
  • Automatic temperature control and PLC based system
  • The Company has installed imported compressors for both Ammonia & Freon based refrigeration system. For Ammonia Japanese Mayekawa compressors and for Freon USA’s Emerson compressor have been installed.
  • Every chamber has 100% redundancy. If one unit fails second one can take care of the entire cooling requirements of the produce.
  • The company has installed 250 kilowatt of connection load for the cold storage unit and banana ripening unit respectively with ABB transformer

Driveway

100 meters long and 6 meters wide driveway for easy ingress and egress of large trucks. 4 trucks can be simultaneously loaded/unloaded.

450 tons of TATA steel and ACC premix has gone into making a strong RCC structure covered with 100MM PUF panels which can withhold any weather condition

24*7 Power Backup

The company has also installed a Kirloskar diesel
generator of 125 KVA for back up
